Payment (all prices in Canadian $)

The easiest and most secure payment method for both domestic and international transactions is www.paypal.com. (Registration at paypal is free.) Postal money orders from Canada, United States and Europe are also accepted.  We can only accept cheques drawn on Canadian or American banks.  We will accept VISA.

We will ship with invoices only to dealers, libraries and established customers with standing accounts; otherwise we ask for payment upon order. Canadian residents pay GST and Ontario Sales Tax as applicable.

Privacy

We never provide personal information to third parties.  We do not retain credit card information, not even for standing accounts.

Returns

We do not expect any returns of our artwork but it can happen. We may accept returns after inspection on a case by case basis, within two weeks of sale, if the items returned are still in the condition shown in our photographic record and all shipping costs paid by the customer. If the return is because of an error on our part, we will pay the return shipping costs.

Shipping

We are committed to the highest quality packaging in preparing our goods for shipment.  We normally send all items through the Canadian Postal Service but will use FedEx or other commercial service if requested by the customer. Packaging, insurance and shipping costs are paid by the customer.  However, we will pay packaging, insurance and shipping on all goods over $1,000.00.

Guarantees

All original artwork, reproductions and books are warranted to be as described and depicted for size, condition and all artistic characteristics except for precision in colour as presented in photos seen on computer monitors. Our computer monitors have been calibrated for colour accuracy, but your monitor may not be colour calibrated. Differences are generally small, but it is important to be aware if you are trying for colour matches. Also, some of our items are shrink-wrapped or mylar covered to keep them in pristine condition. Consequently, you will see some glare on these items even though they will have been photographed at an angle.
